At LSF Pilates, we believe physical therapy should be a personalized one-on-one experience that does not have predetermined limits set by insurance companies. Waiting for doctor’s scripts and MRIs can only prolong your journey back to health.

Our clients come to our resident physical therapist, Jackie Ladden, because they want answers and results quickly. Jackie believes not only addressing the areas of distress, but looking at the body as a whole and understanding where the dysfunction is stemming.

The Benefits of LSF Pilates Physical Therapy:

- 1:1 attention from Jackie Ladden, our resident Physical therapist, with a doctorate degree and 17+ years of experience

- Blending physical therapy with Pilates for optimal outcomes

- Therapeutic strengthening and stretching exercises for rehabilitation

- Manual hands-on bodywork techniques for pain relief

- Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations

Here’s what our clients are saying about their PT experience at LSF Pilates:

“Can’t say enough about my experience with Jackie and LSF. I worked through back and hip issues for years as a former endurance athlete. Her Pilates based approach combined the two areas most athletes struggle with, which is stretching vs strengthening. I wish I would have started years ago. Highly highly recommend Jackie and LSF” - James D

“I am so grateful for Jackie, her masterful technique, problem solving tenacity, and approach to healing.”
